Walczak and Walczak Technology Consultants, Inc. as Ron has been
working with Edinboro University of Pennsylvania over the past
year as a project manager for installation and delivery of
highspeed data connections, voice services, and digital
television service for the residence halls as a consultant for
Williams Communication. His leadership and insight provided the
momentum to successfully complete the wiring of all residence
halls and delivery of services to students within an ambitious
time frame.
Ron has demonstrated expertise in the communications and
technology fields, however his ability to manage all aspects of
the project has been extraordinary. Whether working with the
university's administration, technicians, vendors, or students,
Ron maintains the highest regard for people and quality. Ron
possesses the ability to work with many constituencies to
achieve mutually agreeable goals, negotiate alternatives, and
problem solve, while taking into account the wants and needs of
various stakeholders. His keen understanding of the enduser
perspective has been fundamental in making the Edinboro project
a success for our residence hall students.
The project was completed during the summer months and services
were available, on schedule, to students at the beginning of the
fall semester. Working closely with staff from Edinboro
University, Williams Communications and a host of vendors and
technicians, Ron worked to provide a stateoftheart system for
the university, keeping in mind the project budget and physical
plant limitations. His comprehensive knowledge assisted in
bringing the residence hall project to completion. After the
wiring was in place, Ron worked tirelessly to ensure that the
services were functioning optimally for the student customers.
It has been a great pleasure to work with Ron throughout this
project, and would welcome the opportunity to work with him in
