Implemented a nationwide digital communications network for Northwest Airlines's reservations network. This network has become the backbone for the airline's telephone reservations function as well as the data communications transmission network. This implementation was performed under tight time constraints and required the management of client and consulting personnel as well as the personnel of four major telecommunications vendors.

Managed the design of the communications network to support the conversion of the Airline Reporting Corporation's (ARC) financial reporting network. An ambitious plan to automate the entire process required a hybrid network design that links the Computer Reservations Systems, Travel Agencies, Credit Card Companies and Airlines together to permit more efficient and timely processing. This network connects over 27,000 locations.
