Designed and managed the installation of a new Cable TV system for the New Wilmington Borough of PA. The system serves 1,200 customers and provides digital tiered services and high speed internet access to customers. The system design required cooperation between the Borough and Westminster College by incorporating existing fiber optic capacity on the college campus to extend the cable signal to student dormitories. The college fiber plant was designed by Walczak Technology Consultants in 1994 and has now permitted this installation to occur without disrupting the campus.
